Minecart goes on tracks, riding it beats walking and maybe it doesn't need a complicated system of switches and sidings to get the job done. The underground world of Core Keeper stretches on for functionally forever, filled with chasms, monsters, resources beyond measure and even an underground sea. There's a huge amount of ways to play with it all and sometimes that's more than enough.

Mold Vein Necklace are great for a strong ranged loadout, with poison, recommended for fighting Azeos. They both drop from the enemies in these very difficult sub-biome dungeons, that give little other payoff.

These three statues represent the first three bosses that you'll have to take on: Glurch, Ghorm, and Malugaz. Before we worry about them, though, we'll want to start cleaning up the immediate area.

Another beautiful week has gone by and things have been as busy as ever with the Core Keeper community! We hope our friends in the Northern Hemisphere are all keeping warm as autumn sets in and that the shorter days just mean longer nights cozied up playing video games Also, not to be those guys but...we've just realised that it's Friday the 13th! Seasonal Events Re-Cap!

Right away, use the basic crafting available to you Core Keeper Gameplay in your pack menu to make some torches, a pickaxe, and the workbench. Everything else can wait for a bit, since you’ll need a few other key items and upgrades before you go much further.

I chose this role because it looked cute, but the food-related stat bonuses are delightful. A certain type of spicy flower grants faster running, for example, and looks a bit like a burrito when cooked. Eating food is also key for filling up your “hunger” bar and staying alive.
